What services do you provide?
We handle boiler installation, servicing, and repairs; radiator install/replacement; power flushes; gas hob/cooker installation; immersion heater replacement; and Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12). All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
How quickly can you attend an emergency boiler breakdown?
For no-heat/no-hot-water issues, we offer priority same-day callouts (24/7 where available). We diagnose on arrival and aim to restore heat safely in one visit; if specific parts are needed, we’ll provide a clear ETA and fixed-price quote.
Do you work on all boiler brands and types?
Yes combi, system, and regular (conventional) boilers across major brands (e.g., Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Viessmann). We use manufacturer-approved parts and follow warranty requirements.
What’s included in an annual boiler service?
A full safety and performance check: visual inspection, flue and combustion analysis, gas pressure/flow test, heat-exchanger and burner checks, seal and condensate trap checks, filter clean, and service report with recommendations. Regular servicing keeps warranties valid and reduces breakdown risk.
How much will it cost?
We provide fixed, upfront pricing after assessment. Common guide prices: annual service, power flush, and standard repairs have set rates; parts are itemized. No hidden fees, weekend/after-hours rates are confirmed before work starts.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
Yes. New boiler installs include the manufacturer warranty (often 5–10 years depending on model), and our workmanship is guaranteed. Repair parts carry manufacturer warranties; we’ll outline coverage before you approve the job.
Do you provide Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)?
Absolutely. We conduct the gas safety inspection, test all appliances, and issue the CP12 certificate the same day. We can also schedule annual reminders so your property stays fully compliant.
What happens if my appliance fails the Gas Safety Check?
If an issue is found, the engineer will classify it (e.g., At Risk or Immediately Dangerous) and make it safe—this may include isolating/capping off the appliance. You’ll receive a written notice detailing the fault and the work required. We can quote for repairs or replacement, and once the fault is rectified we’ll retest and issue the CP12.
